CT SCAN

14 Disember 2007 saya menulis mengenai Sakit Jantung . Lama sebelum itu sebenarnya, xxx sakit dada. Akhirnya setelah berjumpa dengan dua orang doktor biasa (doktor dok pakkar @ doktor tidak berguna - kata arwah ayah saya), xxx menemui doktor pakar. Mula-mula dijalankan X-Ray. Hasil daripada x-ray, CT Scan akan dijalankan.

Apakah CT Scan?. CT = Computerise Tomography.



What is a CT scanner?

A CT (computerised tomography) scanner is a special kind of X-ray machine. Instead of sending out a single X-ray through your body as with ordinary X-rays, several beams are sent simultaneously from different angles.

Chest (thorax). A CT scan of the chest can look for problems with the lungs, heart, esophagus, the major blood vessel (aorta), or the tissues in the center of the chest. Some common chest problems a CT scan may find include infection, lung cancer, a pulmonary embolism, and an aneurysm. It also can be used to see if cancer has spread into the chest from another area of the body.
